Coronavirus (COVID-19) – Visitor Information

To establish and guide our control measures London Concours has conducted a full and thorough COVID-19 risk assessment. This looks at the disease in its entirety whilst considering the specifics of the event, setting out measures that are practical and realistic.

We have introduced a range of new health and safety measures that seek to reduce the risk associated with the presence of COVID-19 that are in line with government and latest industry advice. We are looking at the following key areas in our response and actions to COVID-19 –

The guidance we have followed and utilised for working safely during coronavirus (COVID-19) can be viewed via these links:

In following this guidance we will as an event:

1Position numerous handwashing stations around the venue to enable all visitors to increase the frequency with which they are able to wash their hands.
2We are reducing the capacity of the event which will allow all visitors to maintain social distancing during their time at London Concours.
3The opening times of the event have been changed with specific morning and afternoon sessions to allow a similar sized audience to visit the show without affecting social distancing and the agreed new capacity.
4There will be an increased cleaning regime which will be undertaken by the in-house cleaning team.
5London Concours will ensure that there is the maximum area possible for walkways around the event.
6Signage will be increased around the show to highlight social distancing and promote good hygiene.
7We are looking to avoid queuing at the entry points by encouraging pre-registration.
8Our catering throughout the event has been designed so that there is no self-service with one time use of crockery, cutlery and disposable items.
9All exhibitors have been asked to achieve COVID-19 Secure status in line with government guidance.
10Any necessary PPE has been identified and will be worn by those staff members that require it.
11Where possible throughout the event we are aiming to be as contactless as possible.
12Where possible we are operating a cashless event.

Whilst every effort is being taken to protect the safety and wellbeing of our guests, everyone should inform themselves of the risks, conditions and personal responsibilities before they visit.

All visitors should also refrain from visiting London Concours if they are required to follow the government’s ‘Stay at Home’ guidance. This should be for individuals who have symptoms of COVID-19, live in a household or are in a support bubble with someone who has symptoms, and those that have been advised to self-isolate as part of the government’s test and trace service. Additionally you should not visit if you have returned from a country which does not feature on the government’s travel corridor list and you should be isolating for 14 days.
