London Concours 2025 to showcase most magnificent Mercedes-Benz models of all time, in association with Hilton & Moss

The London Concours, one of the UK’s most prestigious motoring events, has announced the first of its three themed days for 2025: ‘The Greatest Marque – Mercedes-Benz’. Celebrating the finest creations adorned with the legendary three-pointed star, Wednesday 4th June at the London Concours will feature a range of icons spanning the storied German marque’s rich history.

Presented by classic Mercedes-Benz specialists, Hilton & Moss, the dedicated showcase on Wednesday 4th June will bring together examples of the Stuttgart based marque’s most valuable, iconic and significant models – all in the heart of the city, at the Honourable Artillery Company (HAC).

Regarded by many as the ultimate automotive brand, Mercedes-Benz has long been a name synonymous with luxury, high-quality and racing legend. Writing its name into the history books, both on and off-track, Mercedes-Benz has always been a pioneering brand. The examples that will grace the lawns of the HAC in June will showcase the attributes which established the brand’s standing at the pinnacle of the automotive world.

From the groundbreaking W198 SL Gullwing of the 1950s – the fastest production car of its day – to the Mercedes W100 600 SEL ‘Grosser, right through to the AMG GT Black Series – part supercar, part hot rod – Mercedes has pushed the envelope with innovative style, design and engineering.

The showcase at the London Concours will focus on the German marque’s most significant models from the mid-to-late 20th century, with a healthy accompaniment of contemporary icons. The show will chart the development of the genre defining Mercedes-Benz SL, from the motorsport derived 1954 W121SL Roadster and the uber-cool SL Pagoda of the ‘60s, to the modern-day iterations incorporating the latest technology, and cutting-edge engineering – and often, thunderous AMG power.

After cementing its reputation for seamlessly combining beautiful, recognisable style with class-leading engineering, the integration of AMG into the brand in the 1990s saw Mercedes-Benz road car performance taken to new heights. Outrageous machines, like the DTM inspired CLK Black Series and Mercedes McLaren SLR combined AMG’s motorsport know how and old-school performance muscle, to deliver supreme levels of performance, both on and off the race-track.

The Mercedes-Benz showcase on Wednesday 4th June will complement the main line-up of over 80 concours cars. The London Concours promises to entertain and excite guests with the finest hospitality and garden party atmosphere in one of London’s most unique hidden venues – an oasis of green in the heart of the City.

Andrew Evans, London Concours Director, said:We are delighted to announce our Mercedes-Benz celebration, presented by Hilton & Moss, one of our three showcase days for the next edition of the London Concours. The Wednesday of June’s show will epitomise the spirit of the London Concours, celebrating timeless style and luxury alongside contemporary excellence, with what promises to be a memorable display of iconic Mercedes-Benz from the different chapters of its revered history.

“With Hilton & Moss, an industry leader and expert in luxury classic and performance cars sponsoring the Mercedes-Benz showcase, we’re hugely excited to curate a display unlike anything else in the heart of the capital.”
