Boxengasse Partners with London Concours to Present All-New Porsche Sonderwunsch Class
Boxengasse, the 100-acre Porsche-focused campus renowned for masterminding Europe’s biggest Porsche event called ‘Megaphonics’ where the world’s rarest Porsches are assembled annually, has partnered with London Concours, the capital’s leading summer automotive party, to curate the all-new Porsche Sonderwunsch Class at the Honourable Artillery Company this June.
Boxengasse will become the Official Porsche Partner to both the London Concours and the Concours of Elegance.
The partnership has been formed to celebrate Porsche’s automotive excellence at the highest level, with the collaboration bringing together two historic motoring organisations united by a passion for exceptional cars.
At the 2026 London Concours, Boxengasse will play a central role in curating and presenting the Porsche Sonderwunsch Class, one of nine carefully curated classes at the event. Taking place on the immaculate lawns of the Honourable Artillery Company from Tuesday 9th to Thursday 11th June, the London Concours will welcome an international audience of collectors, enthusiasts, and industry figures.
The Porsche Sonderwunsch Class will assemble 10 extraordinary cars from Porsche’s most exclusive personalisation programme. Translating as “Special Request”, Sonderwunsch represents the pinnacle of bespoke automotive creation, offering customers the opportunity to realise truly unique visions in collaboration with Porsche’s design and engineering teams.
Revived from its 1970s origins, the Sonderwunsch programme goes far beyond conventional customisation. It enables factory one-off creations, full recommissioning and reimagining of existing Porsches, deeply personalised new vehicles, and tailored modifications of classic models. Each Sonderwunsch car stands as a singular expression of its owner’s imagination, craftsmanship, and engineering excellence.
The Porsche Sonderwunsch Class will sit alongside eight other standout classes at the 2026 London Concours, including Yellow Dream, Alfa Romeo, Icons Remastered, Hypercars, The Tuners, Wildcards, and American Muscle, ensuring a broad and compelling celebration of automotive design and performance.
In addition to its class structure, the London Concours will once again feature three themed days. Tuesday 9th June will celebrate Porsche Perfection, Wednesday 10th June will honour the Jaguar XK, and Thursday 11th June will conclude the event in spectacular fashion with Supercar Day.
Frank Cassidy, CEO Boxengasse, commented: “Partnering with the London Concours and Concours of Elegance events allows us to showcase Porsche’s most individual and imaginative creations on one of the world’s most prestigious concours stages. The Sonderwunsch Class represents the ultimate expression of personalisation, and the London Concours is the perfect setting to celebrate these remarkable cars.”
Andrew Evans, Managing Director of Thorough Events, added: “Boxengasse is a natural fit for the London Concours and the Concours of Elegance. Their expertise, passion, and deep connection to Porsche culture will elevate the Sonderwunsch Class to another level, and we’re excited to showcase what promises to be a spectacular display at the Honourable Artillery Club this summer.”
Owners of Porsche Sonderwunsch cars who wish to take part in the 2026 London Concours are invited to get in touch to express their interest.
