The Last Drop Distillers exists to curate the world’s most remarkable spirits – exceptional whiskies, cognacs, and other rare discoveries from across the globe. Founded in 2008 by industry legends James Espey and Tom Jago, The Last Drop was born from a singular belief: that some of the world’s finest spirits are not created, but uncovered – forgotten casks, resting quietly in remote corners, patiently waiting to be rediscovered.

The Last Drop is deliberately rare. Each bottling is either an extraordinary spirit found and revived or a singular creation blended by a member of The Assembly – a panel of the world’s most renowned experts in spirits industry. The result is always the same: something unique, unrepeatable, and deeply memorable.

No two releases are the same, and each one tells a story – of time, provenance, craftsmanship, and the fleeting nature of perfection. Every detail is considered, from the liquid inside to the hand-finished presentation and accompanying miniature, allowing collectors to taste without breaking the seal.

At London Concours 2026, The Last Drop will present a curated tasting experience for a select group of guests – an exclusive opportunity to sample some of the rarest spirits ever released. Like the finest classic cars on display, these bottlings represent craftsmanship, beauty, and legacy – captured in a moment, and never made again.
