London Concours announces Adrian Flux as Official Insurance Partner and official presenter of ‘Fast Fords’ class

The London Concours, one of the UK’s most prestigious motoring events, has announced that it will partner with Specialist Insurance Brokers, Adrian Flux, once again for the 2025 edition of the show. As well as bringing its extensive and specialist insurance expertise, the Adrian Flux team will also be presenting one of the show’s eight bespoke car classes: ‘The Fast Fords’.

Celebrating a wonderful selection of the American marque’s most thoroughbred creations, ‘The Fast Fords’ will bring together icons of Ford’s history that have demonstrated supreme feats of engineering and performance, from the road, to the race-track and the rally stage.

In partnership with Adrian Flux, the London Concours will see examples of Ford’s finest work from across the decades, including the formidable 1968 Ford Shelby Mustang GT500KR Fastback, aptly nicknamed the ‘King of the Road’. Powered by an awe-inspiring 428 Cobra Jet V8 engine, capable of producing over 335 horsepower, the GT500KR is one of the most iconic muscle cars to grace the road.

A similarly iconic road-going production of Ford’s wonderful history that will grace the lawns of the Honourable Artillery Company this June is the ever-popular Ford Capri X-Pack. Featuring optional performance upgrades that elevated the Capri to new levels, the X-Pack edition encompassed visceral flared arches and boosted levels of power and has since become a favourite of touring car enthusiasts and young collectors.

No celebration of Ford’s automotive success would be complete without arguably the most famous and alluring of them all, the GT40. This particular example that will feature at the London Concours is a rare, road-going homologation. Featuring the supremely powerful 7.0-litre V8, stunning and instantly recognisable design of its Le Mans winning predecessor, this GT40 took the pinnacle of motorsport engineering onto the road.

Alongside these, a selection of Ford’s most prominent rally competitors, and rally-inspired productions, will also take the lawn at the Honourable Artillery Company. The Ford RS200, a response to Group B rallying regulations, and the iconic Ford Escort RS Cosworth, will both form a central element of ‘The Fast Fords’.
